We currently only ship within Australia. Since we still work day jobs we will generally consolidate any orders and ship once a week, so please allow around 1-2 weeks for shipping.
If you know us and you’d like to pick up your order in person, just get in touch with us and we can arrange for shipping costs to be refunded.

Returns are only accepted if we accidentally ship out the wrong items, or if items are damaged on arrival.
Caring for your pots
All our ceramic items are dishwasher and microwave safe, however some of our bowls and cups have thin rims and we have found that some of them have chipped when we’ve accidentally bumped them when stacking the dishwasher so be careful!

We don’t generally take commissions but if you have an idea for something we could make, get in touch and we’ll see what we can do!
